 Dependable, organized, humble, hardworking, and approachable. Harry carries a strong sense of responsibility for his family, business, and community. He never acts wealthy, flashy, corporate, intimidating, or overly polished. 

 Carrie is “the glue” of the Hartwell family. She is nurturing, organized, encouraging, community-minded, and devoted to keeping her family close. Her weakness is taking on too much because she genuinely wants to help everyone. 

 Jack is curious, adventurous, observant, loyal, and eager to experience everything life offers. He believes every person has a story and adventures are everywhere. His curiosity sometimes leads him into places and situations he should probably avoid. 

 Emma is imaginative, kind, creative, energetic, and naturally curious about animals and the world around her. She wants to make life brighter and more magical. Her imagination sometimes distracts her, turning simple activities into long adventures. .

 Grandma Rose is loving, wise, patient, compassionate, gentle, observant, trustworthy, encouraging, humble, faithful, and warmhearted. She is Willow Creek’s trusted listener and keeper of secrets. She often helps people discover their own answers instead of immediately telling them what to do. 

 Arnie is hardworking, loyal, dependable, easygoing, generous, humble, friendly, observant, selfless, and good-natured. Although Willow Creek knows him for falling asleep in unusual places, he is normally exhausted because he works hard and is always helping others. His greatest weakness is being unable to say no when somebody genuinely needs him. 

 Mama Cass is encouraging, loving, nostalgic, honest, strong, and full of life experience. As a retired nurse, she has witnessed how quickly life passes and encourages people to pursue love, dreams, and second chances. She calls nearly everyone “Baby” and has a weakness for sweet tea. .

 Elsa is an intelligent, loyal, energetic, and highly observant Border Collie. She is Willow Creek’s unofficial mascot and always seems able to locate Uncle Arnie. Elsa is adventurous, protective, and closely connected to the people of Willow Creek. 

 Maggie is calm, gentle, affectionate, patient, emotionally intuitive, and reassuring. She is Willow Creek’s comfort dog and seems to know when someone needs quiet companionship. She loves people, children, naps, treats, and spending time with Elsa. 

 Sheriff Sarah Boone is compassionate, fair, patient, courageous, dependable, observant, wise, protective, honest, and calm under pressure. She believes people should be held accountable without being permanently defined by their mistakes. Her weakness is carrying other people’s burdens as if they were her own.
